Hey Babes,

Processing & Shipping your orders is a full process of its own. I’ll be making a YouTube Video on it soon so you can see the full process.

Here is how it works:

  • All of your beautiful orders are processed (meaning packaged) in the order they are received. This process can take up to 3 weeks depending on your order & the number of orders received. 

  • I do my best to drop off orders every other Friday.

    • If you placed an order on Thursday, your order will ship out on the following ship-out day. In some cases, I have to drop off orders by batches, there is a possibility it can go out on a Saturday or Monday.

  • Your order is my responsibility until it is handed to the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once items have been handed to them, I leave that responsibility to USPS.

  • Shipping can be delayed on weekends, holidays or by other unforeseen circumstances. 

  • Please let us know if you need your order by a certain date via email or dm.

  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please make sure you review all your information before checking out. Including your name, address, email address & zip code. I get a LOT of packages sent back to me due to incorrect addresses or zip codes. 

I try to package all of your orders to the best of my ability, any damages caused in transit via USPS must be handled through USPS. With that being said, I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package was successfully delivered and then stolen from your porch, you can file a mail theft complaint with USPS.

P.S. If you placed an order and have not received it after 1 month please fill out a missing item form. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
